Chatroulette let's you basically cycle through people on a webcam, until you find someone hot enough, or weird enough, that you wanna chat. At anytime, the other can just clip you and move on to the next person.

I don't know about you, but this just makes me want to bolt all my "nieces" computers smack dab in the living room.
